Plex ARMv7 platform support

"Dear Synology users, YES we finally pushed ARMv7 for Synology packages during the week, these are all build for the Armada370/XP platforms. Don't expect them to work on the NEON based DS2015xs (Annapurna Alpine), DS414j (Mindspeed Comcerto 2000) as they would require different builds."
